Do you work in my village?
Yes — we cover all 92 named villages across Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties, from the Historic Side down to the newest construction south of SR 44, plus Leesburg, Wildwood, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, and Summerfield.
How far outside The Villages do you travel?
Our standard service area covers roughly a 30-mile radius of Leesburg, Florida. We regularly travel further for larger projects — driveways, pool decks, and commercial floors — so it is worth asking.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Travel is quoted per day on the estimate rather than hidden in the square-foot price, so you can see exactly what it costs. Jobs inside the core service area typically carry no premium.
