What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or book a site visit, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the project. We ask for the address because it determines travel and lets us look at the slab before quoting.

Information collected automatically. Standard web server records (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and advertising cookies described below.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your estimate and to schedule the work.
• To contact you about your project by phone, text, or email.
• To send appointment reminders and job updates.
• To invoice you and process payment.
• To measure which advertising brings us genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, we use it to contact you about your request — confirming an appointment, telling you the crew is on the way, sending an estimate or invoice link. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us, and we will keep working with you by phone or email.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site — which pages get read, which do not, and roughly where visitors are. This is reported to us in aggregate; we cannot pick an individual out of it.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads lead to real quote requests. Google sets cookies in your browser to attribute a form submission back to an ad click. This tells us an enquiry came from an ad; it does not tell us who you are beyond what you typed into the form.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not affect the quote form.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems — we only ever see the last four digits and the card brand.

How long we keep it

Customer and job records are kept for as long as we do business with you and afterwards as needed for warranty, tax, and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Ask to be removed from our email list.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
